### Do I need WooCommerce?

No. With WooCommerce the chat sells products; without it, it helps visitors find information on any WordPress site.

### Who pays for the AI?

You connect your own AI account (Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI or Claude) and pay the provider directly. A typical shop spends a few dollars per month.

### What happens after the free trial?

Nothing is charged automatically. Choose a monthly or yearly plan to keep the chat running; otherwise it simply disappears from your site.

### What if a payment fails?

We send reminders and everything keeps working for 7 days. After that the chat is hidden from visitors until the payment goes through; your data stays for 90 days.

### Is my data safe?

Your AI keys are stored encrypted and never shown again. Conversations belong to your shop and are deleted on request.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
